
Cyber Operations Planner
The Opportunity:
As a cyber operations planner, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. At Booz Allen, you can use your cyberspace operations expertise to create solutions that will be executed on a worldwide stage.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of professionals as they use cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cyber security solutions. You will assist in developing strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions and make recommendations to ensure compliance to support full-spectrum Cyberspace Operations. You will also provide domain and functional subject matter input to briefings, transition concepts to execution, and assist in the coordination of operational planning in support of training, exercises, combat, and contingency plans and operations for the development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to fully-cyberspace operations.
This is an opportunity to use your research and analysis expertise to adequately assess and inform operators and senior leadership or commanders on dynamic tactics, techniques, and procedures for the Army. You Have:
5+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, cyber operations, or operational planning activities
Experience planning or developing artifacts such as CONOPS, COAs, TTPs, SOPs, or contingency plans
Experience supporting the development, coordination, or execution of plans, policies, procedures, strategies or operational documentation
Knowledge of Cybersecurity and cyberspace operations, concepts, principles, and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic operational environment
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
DoD 8140 compliant security certification, such as Security +, CASP+, CISSP, CySA, or GIAC certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience working in Army or DoD environments
Experience leading teams and complex projects
Ability to coordinate across technical, operational, and management stakeholders.
Ability to analyze operational requirements and provide recommendations to leadership
Master's degree
Advanced Cybersecurity certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
