Job Description

Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS) has a rich history of providing IT support and associated services in highly complex, highly regulated, highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), law enforcement, health care, retail, and the casino gaming industry. OTS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oneida Innovations Group.

We have an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Wave 1. We are currently seeking a Cyber Network Analyst for a long-term contract.

The Cyber Network Analyst will be responsible for providing technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.

Serves as subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of a particular area, such as cyber strategy and implementation, enterprise performance management, technology innovation and IT modernization planning, enterprise performance management, datacenter consolidation, cloud strategy, technology innovation or other business, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related sciences.

Responsibilities: Analyst activities include, at a minimum: incident response support, POND support, compliance and review, network health impact, assessment support, working group support, vulnerability management refinement, communication support, and reporting.

Cyber activities include, at a minimum: event/incident support, situational awareness, OPREP, incident handling support, order support, POA&M support, and analysis and reporting. Understand and support the AFCYBER RFS process and prepare and/or coordinate RFSs, as needed, based on the operational GENSER environment for supported units. Knowledgeable with various security infrastructure tools such as firewalls, intrusion prevention and detection systems, proxy servers, email controls, anonymizing technology, data loss prevention, vulnerability scanners, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and SIEM (Splunk). Coordination between the receiving unit and the assessment team for GENSER network related CCRI and Inspector General (IG) assessments. Support and develop Cyber Protection Team (CPT) reports, CCRI reports, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) reports, IG inspections and other cyberspace security assessments of assigned GENSER networks.

Requirements: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Years of Relevant Experience required: 6-10 Bachelor's Degree in related fields may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience. Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a cybersecurity role for DoD/Military programs. Professional certifications in Information Security (Security+). Experience with contributing to the development of security documentation. Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, technical, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
