Execute configuration management tasks in accordance with approved change control processes, ensuring system integrity and compliance
Serve as the initial operational support point for incidents and service requests affecting mission systems, providing timely triage and documentation
Manage cases within the enterprise service management platform (ServiceNow), ensuring accurate logging, impact assessment, and resolution tracking
Assess operational impact and prioritize incidents based on severity, urgency, and mission effect
Troubleshoot system functionality, access issues, and integration points to determine root cause or appropriate escalation path
Coordinate with engineering teams, system administrators, and mission stakeholders to resolve system outages, performance issues, or configuration discrepancies
Contribute to operational documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures to support consistent service delivery
