Key Responsibilities:
Architecting and Implementing IAM Solutions:
Design and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions tailored to meet complex organizational needs.
Post-Design Configurations and Troubleshooting:
Conduct advanced configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting of IAM issues. Engage directly with technology vendors to resolve complex problems and enhance system performance.
Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities, such as creating whitepapers and technical documentation on IAM technologies, providing expertise that supports industry innovation.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
Lead requirements-gathering workshops in a collaborative onsite/offshore model for multiple projects. Develop comprehensive design documentation based on gathered requirements.
Customization and Solution Integration:
Customize, configure, and develop IAM solution integrations based on defined requirements and design. Take ownership of project deliverables and manage them to successful completion independently.
Leading IAM Strategy Engagements:
Guide IAM strategy projects, such as roadmap creation and vendor selection, to ensure that IAM solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Business Development Support:
Actively contribute to business development activities by supporting proposals, requests for proposals (RFPs), and sales processes related to IAM projects.
Process Compliance and Reusability:
Identify and drive initiatives that enhance project delivery efficiency, ensure process compliance, and factor in reusability benefits.
Security Best Practices:
Implement and adhere to security best practices across engagements to maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and resilience.

The Cyber Risk Services - IAM practice supports organizations in designing, developing, and implementing leading IAM solutions that protect sensitive information, safeguard data integrity, and enhance organizational security posture. The IAM team delivers client solutions in several critical IAM areas, including:
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background:
B.Tech, M.Tech, MS, or MBA in a relevant field.
Professional Experience:
6 to 9 years of experience with IAM technologies, with at least 5+ years focused on SailPoint IAM projects.
End-to-End SailPoint Implementation:
Demonstrated experience in leading at least two end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementations, including requirements gathering, strategy development, analysis, use case documentation, architectural design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Application Integration with SailPoint IIQ:
Strong experience in carrying out application integrations with SailPoint IIQ, handling advanced or custom connectors.
Integration with ITSM Tools:
Proficiency in integrating IAM solutions with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.
Support Activities:
Experience in supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and knowledge transfer activities to ensure seamless project adoption.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficient in technologies such as Java, LDAP, RDBMS, and Linux (Shell scripting knowledge is preferred).
Web/Application Server Proficiency:
Familiarity with web and application servers like IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache.
Development and Team Management:
Skilled in hands-on development, effort estimation, team management, and delivering fully customized implementations.
Documentation and Presentation Skills:
Advanced skills in documentation and presentation, with a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Training and Proof of Concept Development:
Ability to create, plan, and deliver advanced SailPoint IIQ training and independently conduct proof-of-concept projects involving emerging SailPoint products such as SecurityIQ and IdentityNow.
Process Frameworks and Methodologies:
Familiarity with process frameworks and methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for engaging with stakeholders and presenting complex information.
Preferred Qualifications:
SailPoint Certification:
SailPoint certification is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Key Skills and Protocols:
Understanding of OAUTH, JSON, REST, SOAP, and network protocols such as SSL, SSH, FTP, SMTP, HTTP, and HTTPS.
Certifications in IAM and Security Domains:
Possession of IAM technology certifications, along with PMP or CISSP certifications, and exposure to other security domains is a plus.
