Job Description

§KGS is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to support, enhance, and modernize Identity & Access Management (IAM) applications and authentication platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and AWS Cloud technologies, along with operational support experience for PingID and PingFederate environments. This role combines application development, production support, authentication platform administration, troubleshooting, cloud engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting critical enterprise IAM services.

The ideal candidate will perform:

Application Development & Support

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and application enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, release deployments, and CI/CD activities.
• Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver IAM-related solutions.

Ping Identity Support

• Provide L2/L3 support for PingID and PingFederate incidents, service requests, and change activities.
• Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, MFA, federation, and access-related issues.
• Analyze application onboarding and integration issues involving SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Review authentication logs and perform root cause analysis for access failures.
• Support outage management, problem management, and RCA activities.

AWS Engineering

• Develop and support solutions leveraging AWS services including
• EC2
• Lambda
• API Gateway
• CloudWatch
• S3
• IAM
• RDS
• Monitor application health and drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Operational Excellence

• Participate in major incident management and critical bridge calls.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and security policies,

Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support runbooks.

Mandatory Certification Required:

• AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect
• Ping Identity Certifications
• Security+, CISSP, SC-300, or equivalent security certifications
• PKI / DigiCert-related certifications

Technical Skills Required:

• 5–8 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• React.jsNode.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• REST APIs
• AWS Cloud Services
• Experience supporting enterprise authentication platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to:
• PingID, PingFederate
• SSO & MFA technologies
• SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) knowledge, including:
• SSL/TLS Certificates
• DigiCert Certificate Management
• Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Smart Card / YubiKey authentication
• HSM concepts
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and authentication frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud security and certificate-based authentication.
