Job Description

§We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in Identity and Access Management and at least 6+ years of professional experience with Ping ID/Ping Federate. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and deliver strategic IAM solutions that align with business objectives

The ideal candidate will:

§Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

§Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality of IAM solutions.

§Perform Single Sign-On (SSO) Federation, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), SSO API Management and Privileged Account MFA using Ping ID/ Ping Federate

Technical Skills Required:

• 6-8 years of IAM experience with at least 5+ years supporting Ping technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• PingFederate
• PingID
• SSO Federation
• MFA
• Identity Federation
• Authentication Policies

Key Responsibilities

Ping Identity Platform Operations

• Provide L3 support for PingID and PingFederate production environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot:
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Federation Services
• OAuth 2.0
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• SAML 2.0 integrations
• Support IdP/SP connection setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage authentication policies, adapters, selectors, token flows, and federation integrations.

Incident, Problem & Change Management

• Lead troubleshooting of complex authentication, federation, MFA, and access-related incidents.
• Participate in major incident bridges and drive service restoration activities.

Platform Administration & Monitoring

• Monitor health of:
• PingFederate
• PingDirectory
• Authentication services
• SSO/MFA infrastructure
• System jobs and integrations
• Troubleshoot failures in inbound and downstream integrations.
• Support disaster recovery testing, backup validation, and service restoration activities.

Mandatory Certification Required:

• Ping Identity Certified Expert or PingFederate Certification are highly desirable
