Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manager for Cyber Identity and Access Management to lead IAM governance, risk, compliance, service delivery and transformation initiatives across enterprise IAM programs. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership, oversee KPIs, SLAs and operational excellence, mentor high-performing IAM teams, and contribute to capability building across IAM practices
•10+ years of experience in IAM / Cyber Identity and Access Management, with strong exposure to enterprise-scale programs and managed services.
•Proven expertise in IAM governance, access review / certification strategy, SoD, RBAC, ABAC, privileged access, identity lifecycle and compliance
•controls.
•Experience designing and managing large-scale certification programs, application onboarding workstreams, integrations and JML governance at scale.
•Deep understanding of IAM platforms and enterprise identity services such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Entra ID, Active Directory, Ping, PAM and SSO/MFA solutions.
•Strong understanding of audit, compliance and regulatory frameworks including SOX, HIPAA or similar control environments.
•Strong technical proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, JSON, reconciliation, reporting, enterprise integrations, Git/version control and release management concepts.
•Experience driving IAM transformation, automation, operationalization of post-deployment solutions and global managed services delivery.
•Excellent executive presentation, documentation, service review, reporting and stakeholder management skills
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients and leadership on IAM governance, risk, compliance, cyber identity strategy and operational excellence.
•Drive IAM transformation initiatives including automation, standardization, process optimization and maturity improvement across access governance processes.
•Oversee service delivery, KPIs, SLAs, operational performance and continuous improvement across IAM managed services programs.
•Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance through robust access governance, certification, evidence management and remediation strategies.
•Collaborate with senior stakeholders, security teams, audit teams, business owners and client leadership to reduce access risks and improve control effectiveness.
•Build, mentor and lead high-performing IAM teams, ensuring capability development, knowledge sharing and succession planning.
•Guide IAM roadmap, solution accelerators, operating model improvements and enterprise-wide IAM governance frameworks.
•Lead delivery discussions, executive reporting, risk reviews and escalations with strong ownership and outcome-focused communication
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree / MBA preferred
•CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ITIL, Saviynt IGA Professional or relevant IAM / cybersecurity certification preferred
