Job Description
We are seeking an experienced with minimum 48 months of experience to join our Identity Management team, focusing on PingID MFA, workforce authentication and enterprise identity security operations. The ideal candidate will lead L3 troubleshooting, support complex PingID integrations, strengthen authentication controls and drive service improvements across IAM operations
•Minimum 48 months of experience in identity management, access management, MFA operations or PingID/Ping Identity administration.
•Advanced understanding of MFA concepts, authentication factors, adaptive authentication, SSO, federation and secure access controls.
•Hands-on experience with PingID administration, policy configuration, device registration, enrollment flows, reporting and operational monitoring.
•Experience integrating PingID with PingFederate / PingOne, VPN or RADIUS-based access, Windows login, cloud apps and enterprise SSO use cases.
•Good understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, RADIUS, DNS, certificates and authentication troubleshooting methods.
•Experience with incident, change, problem and request management processes in a managed services or client-support environment.
•Ability to analyze logs, user issues, device status, policy behavior and authentication failures to identify root cause and remediation steps.
•Strong documentation, presentation and reporting skills for SOPs, KB articles, control evidence, service reviews and client updates
§Have advanced working knowledge of PingID MFA, workforce authentication, SSO integration patterns and identity access management operations.
§Lead troubleshooting for complex MFA, device pairing, registration, authentication flow, policy, user access and integration-related issues.
§Support PingID integrations with enterprise applications, VPN/RADIUS, SSO platforms, Windows login, cloud and hybrid identity environments.
§Plan, review and execute MFA configuration changes with risk assessment, validation, rollback planning and stakeholder communication.
§Support privileged access controls, access request governance, periodic access reviews, compliance evidence collection and remediation tracking.
§Provide functional guidance to L1/L2 team members, review escalations, improve SOPs/runbooks and contribute to knowledge management.
§Collaborate with Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on incidents, changes, problem management and improvements.
§Identify operational gaps, recurring issues and automation opportunities, and communicate recommendations to senior team members
§Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
•Ping Identity certification / PingID administration training or relevant IAM, MFA, security or cloud identity certification preferred.
