Job Description

Deliver instruction for the Title 10 Basic Cyber Operations – Procedures (BOC) course. This role prepares officers to navigate the complexities of Title 10 and Title 50 authorities, ensuring they understand the operational and legal frameworks of full-spectrum cyberspace missions.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Specialized Training: Must be a graduate of T10 ION (Basic Cyber Operator Course) OR the NSA CNOQC
  • Operational Experience: Minimum 2 years of active experience serving as a Cyberspace Operator within the NSA or the Cyber Mission Force (CMF).
  • Operational Planning Mastery:
  • Deep knowledge of Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPOE), the Joint Targeting Cycle (JTC), and the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
  • Expert understanding of the relationship between NSA and USCYBERCOM
  • Tactical Expertise:
  • Ability to instruct on Strike/Mission Packages for Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO).
  • Knowledge of IKE/JCC2, cyber infrastructure, and technical/operational schemes of maneuver.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Interagency involvement in cyberspace operations.
