What You'll do:
- Deploy, configure, and operate Data Security Platform solutions (e.g., Database Activity Monitoring, Data Loss Prevention, Data Security Posture Management) across on-premises and cloud environments;
- Define, tune, and maintain auditing policies, alerting rules, and anomaly/threat detection thresholds to minimize false positives;
- Monitor platform dashboards and alerts on an ongoing basis, triaging and investigating suspicious data access or exfiltration activity;
- Integrate Data Security Platform tools with SIEM/SOC platforms for event correlation and incident response;
- Support compliance and audit requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) by producing and validating data activity and access reports;
- Troubleshoot agent/sensor connectivity, performance, and data collection issues;
- Actively participate in project meetings and feedback cycles with functional and technical teams;
- Working Model: Hybrid | Part-Time;
Who You Are:
- Proven hands-on experience operating at least one Data Security Platform (e.g., Imperva DAM/DSF, IBM Guardium, Oracle Audit Vault, Varonis, Microsoft Purview, or equivalent), preferably in consulting/project delivery environments;
- Solid understanding of database architectures (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL) and data classification, auditing, and data protection concepts;
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, or equivalent) for log correlation;
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001);
- General cybersecurity background covering network security, access controls, and security monitoring;
- Basic scripting ability (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation of operational tasks;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical findings and recommendations;
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude;
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset for anomaly investigation;
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic project environments;
