We bring talented, energetic, and immediately productive professionals to meet critical customer needs in systems engineering and integration, mission operations, program management, and strategic planning, helping teams deliver resilient capability to the mission with speed, quality, and focus.
Stellar Solutions is seeking a Cyber Architect and Integration Lead (SDIN) to support the U.S. Space Force in advancing secure, resilient, and interoperable network capabilities across the national security space enterprise. This role brings together systems security engineering, classified network architecture, and enterprise integration to help mission partners evaluate network solutions, establish secure interconnections, and navigate cybersecurity risk and authorization boundaries. The position requires a technically accomplished advisor who can connect complex architectural and security considerations with mission requirements, operational constraints, and informed leadership decisions.
This position serves as a key technical advisor and integration lead supporting coordination between the SDIN and meshONE-T network environments. The role emphasizes systems security engineering and cyber architecture within classified network environments, with responsibility for evaluating how distinct network capabilities can securely interoperate while satisfying mission needs, risk management requirements, and authorization constraints. Working closely with government stakeholders, program leadership, and network engineering teams, the individual will guide architectural decisions, assess integration approaches, and translate complex technical, cybersecurity, cost, and schedule considerations into actionable recommendations. This is an advisory and systems integration leadership position rather than a hands-on network equipment configuration or installation role.Key responsibilities include:
Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is a Colorado Springs-based hybrid position requiring regular on-site support at designated customer or program locations. Remote work may be permitted as part of the approved hybrid arrangement, with specific on-site and remote work expectations determined by customer and program requirements. This is not a fully remote position.
The typical salary range for this position is USD $135,000 - $175,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive total rewards package that includes an annual performance bonus, an employer-funded Profit-Sharing Plan (PSP) contribution based on base compensation, and comprehensive employer-paid medical benefits, PTO pay-out options, along with additional company-sponsored benefits. All of these benefits represent an additional 30-40% to your base compensation for a total compensation package.
The successful candidate will help advance secure interoperability between SDIN and meshONE-T, enabling U.S. Space Force programs and mission partners to make informed network architecture and integration decisions while accounting for cybersecurity risk, authorization boundaries, and operational mission needs. Through architectural assessments, integration strategies, technical recommendations, and leadership engagement, this role will help reduce integration uncertainty, identify security and operational dependencies early, and establish clearer pathways for connecting mission-critical network capabilities.
Deliverables may include technical architecture assessments, interconnection recommendations, cybersecurity compliance analyses, RMF package support documentation, onboarding guidance, cost-benefit evaluations, executive briefings, and other Government-directed products. These contributions will strengthen coordination across programs and support the delivery of secure, resilient, and interoperable infrastructure for national security space missions.
