CX Specialist CMO with Spanish

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer offers using dedicated tools and systems.
• Manage customer orders in ERP/SAP systems, including order entry, verification, and release.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation.
• Support claim management processes, including registration, coordination, and commercial closure of claims.
• Create and maintain accurate customer and order-related documentation.
• Ensure customer data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support digitalization initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
• Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or order management tools will be considered an asset.
