As a CX Learning Designer, you'll create the learning experiences that help our customers feel confident using Ideagen products. From interactive e-learning and webinars to how-to articles and videos, you'll turn complex information into engaging, easy-to-follow content that helps people solve problems, learn faster and get the most value from our solutions.

You'll work with experts from across the business, bring learning ideas to life on our Luminate platform and play a key role in shaping how customers learn and succeed. If you're naturally curious, love creating content and enjoy making complicated things simple, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the learning experience for a portfolio of products, ensuring customers have the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
• Designing learning journeys from start to finish, identifying customer learning needs, defining objectives and creating content that supports customers every step of the way.
• Creating engaging learning content across a range of formats including e-learning modules, webinars, videos, knowledge articles, user guides and product documentation.
• Turning complex product information into clear, engaging and easy-to-follow learning experiences that help customers learn with confidence and find answers independently.
• Working closely with Product, Customer Success, Professional Services and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant and aligned to customer needs and business priorities.
• Applying learning design best practices to create content that is accessible, engaging and effective for a wide range of learners.
• Using customer feedback, learner engagement data and community insights to continuously improve content and enhance the learning experience.
• Exploring new tools, technologies and AI-powered approaches to learning that support customer success, product adoption and long-term value.

Skills and Experience

• You have experience designing and creating learning content, training materials or customer education resources.
• You understand learning design principles and know how to create engaging experiences that help people learn effectively.
• You can take complex or technical information and turn it into content that is clear, accessible and relevant to the end user.
• You're confident using e-learning and content authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline or similar platforms, and are comfortable learning new technologies.
• You're a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring content to life.
• You use feedback, learner insights and data to continuously improve the effectiveness of learning content.
