支持 目视化管理、Cx Room / Quality Clinic、Dashboard 等精益与质量可视化工作
协调跨部门（生产、质量、售后、工程等）推进 Cx 改进行动
支持 数字化问题追踪系统 / CxApp / MES 等持续改进相关工具的应用和优化
根据业务发展需要，参与并支持领导安排的相关专项或改进类工作。
本科及以上学历，工程、制造、质量或相关专业
≥3 年 Cx / 精益 / 持续改进 / 质量改进 相关工作经验
有实际 Kaizen / 问题解决 / 流程改进 落地经验（不仅限培训）
具备 数据分析意识，能基于问题和数据推动决策与改进
良好的跨部门沟通与推动能力
具备英语工作能力，能参与海外售后或跨区域沟通
使用或参与过 Andon / MES / 数字化精益 / 问题追踪系统
持有 6西格玛相关认证或培训
熟悉 目视化管理、Cx Room / Quality Clinic
