CX Associate - Dutch (Voice)

Description

As a CX Associate, you are the heartbeat of a customer-centric mission. You will work alongside a high-performing Magic team to deliver a "best-in-class" experience for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring every interaction with the brand is seamless, empathetic, and efficient.

This is more than a support role; you will act as a vital bridge between the customers and the clinical team. For a high-performer who embodies "customer-obsessed" philosophy, this position offers a clear trajectory toward future CX Leadership opportunities within Magic.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work under the close guidance of your Magic CX Lead to help provide outstanding support to customers.

• Answering client's inquiries by phone and email
• Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email.
• Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries
• General Research
• Updating addresses and client information

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Hard/Technical Skills

• Language: Must be fluent in Dutch and English and can convey key conversational points concisely.
• Shift Timing: Availability to work weekends or having split-offs
• Location: Must be legally resident in and working from Portugal. This role handles EU data and cannot be performed from outside the EU.

Soft Skills

• Complexity: Highly organized and can complete multiple projects concurrently. You can surf between internal workflows and customer conversations without missing a beat.
• Mindset: Can calmly handle uncertainty and rapidly changing situations.
• Learning: Resourceful and quick to learn. You regularly teach yourself the skills you need from scratch.
