Job purpose

Be the process owner of all incoming requests from customers and internal business partners / stakeholders via e-mail/EDI/B2B portal/other channels within the French market.

Business environment

Key accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end process of customer contacts, from first contact to final resolution & communication back to the customer (Phone, email, payment cases, EDI platform and other channels)

  • Delegate and follow-up the customer request resolutions with all internal stakeholders: CXC Team, Sales Team, Finance Department, Invoicing Team, Pricing Team, Master Data Team, Bonus Management, etc.

  • Lead Sales missions within your scope (prospection, market research, etc.)

  • Manage several accounts as Digital Account Manager and create long-term commercial connections with customers.

  • Treat incoming orders and requests from customers according to the process definitions to ensure delivering and invoicing to customer according to agreed SLA´s – on time in full

  • Coordinate order-related problem resolution (out of stock, delivery delays, product quality issues)

  • Manage system related (automated) order messages and resolve these

  • Adjust orders based on input from the business, such as SKU switches

  • Establish product sheets for new SKU’s (Stock keeping unit) internally and on the buying groups platforms (keep master data up to date)

Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education & Experience

  • No specific degree required

Behavioral, Language & Technical competencies

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload efficiently

  • Problem solving experience and leading issue resolution

  • Preferably Customer facing experience but not necessary

  • MS Office – Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Macro´s preferred

  • SAP or other ERP application experience is beneficial but not necessary
