The CW will focus on maintaining operational continuity across core data workflows while we transition work through automation and operating model improvements over the approved 24-month engagement period
Key areas of support include:
Vendor escalation management and manual data updates
Dataset quality control and validation (including vendor QC oversight)
Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of data discrepancies
Vendor training and guidance to improve delivery quality
Customer support for dataset users (via ADSK)
We will request CVs and conduct interviews as soon as possible. Start date is ASAP preferred Minimum office requirement is 4 days per week
Office-based during training period (5 days per week)
Remote work capability with reliable WiFi connectivity when required
Own laptop or PC
Strong Excel skills
Intermediate financial/data handling knowledge
Coding knowledge (e.g. Python) – no advanced technical skills required
This role will involve a significant portion of data quality, validation, and operational support work, including repetitive data processing tasks.
The CW will play a key role in stabilizing workflows while longer-term solutions (automation and operating model changes) are implemented.
There is a defined transition path, with work expected to reduce over time through:
Automation via as-reported-data (ARD) processing and STP pipelines
Use of LLM-based extraction tools (LLM Studio) for structured data capture
Strong attention to detail when validating and updating datasets
Proficiency in Excel (data manipulation and analysis)
Ability to perform quality control checks and identify discrepancies
Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving processes
Comfort handling repetitive, process-driven tasks with high accuracy
Ownership mindset – follow tasks through to resolution
Clear communication with vendors and cross-functional teams
Ability to provide structured feedback and training to vendors
Interest in data operations, process improvement, and automation
A degree (or expected within one year) in Business, Finance, Data, or a related field
Fluency in English
