The Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Manager is responsible for designing, building and continuously improving customer value propositions that meet customer needs and strengthen Telenet’s market position.
The role translates customer insights, market developments and strategic priorities into clear, relevant and consistent propositions. It ensures that CVP’s are not only well-defined, but also feasible, supported by strong business cases, and aligned with IT delivery realities.
Operating at the intersection of customer, business and execution, the CVP Manager brings clarity in a complex environment and ensures propositions are tangible, competitive and ready to be delivered.
The role requires someone who is curious about customers, attentive to market evolution and able to connect insights, business needs and execution realities into clear proposition choices. You are able to simplify complexity, ask the right questions and turn ideas into meaningful customer and business impact.
