Baptist Health Louisville is seeking highly trained and experienced Cardiovascular Surgical Technologists to join our specialized CVOR team. Located within the main operating room, our CVOR includes three dedicated cardiovascular suites equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology to support complex, high‑acuity procedures.
As part of this expert team, you will work closely with cardiovascular surgeons and multidisciplinary staff on advanced procedures such as:
Open Heart Surgery
Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair
Additional complex cardiovascular interventions requiring precision and advanced technical skill

Requirements
Proven experience in CVOR and cardiovascular surgical services
Completion of a vocational or military surgical technologist training program
Certification in Surgical Technology
One year CVOR experience Preferred
