What You’ll Do
As the CVB and Venue Sourcing Manager, you'll lead the facilities function end-to-end, recruiting, developing, and retaining the talent that supports it. You'll own the annual facility planning and booking process across all brands, negotiating contracts, rates, and terms to drive cost savings, multi-year agreements, and long-term partnerships. You'll build and grow relationships with hoteliers through our SaveAndPlay platform, alongside CVB partners, to unlock revenue opportunities, drive event placement, and expand our market presence. Working closely with Event Operations Managers, Staffing, Shipping, Marketing, Scouts, and Business Development teams, you'll align facility needs, event dates, and locations with calendars, deliverables, and brand goals. Finally, you'll own the facility budget, tracking costs, identifying savings opportunities, and ensuring spend is accurate, efficient, and aligned to business priorities.
