职位描述 完成SOC芯片在硅前原型验证（FPGA/EMU），硅后bringup到量产的板级调试和系统验证 定义系统级验证和测试标准，帮助产品快速、顺利量产，适配不同类型的测试，完成包括DFT测试，功耗测试，电源系统测试，热管理系统测试、压力测试、可靠性测试等测试 移植操作系统，开发底层驱动，测试用例，测试工具和脚本 分析和解决从Bringup到量产过程中发现的各种问题，并进行性能优化 对故障芯片进行问题分析，协助产线提高良率
职位要求
职位要求 硕士研究生及以上学历 熟练掌握C语言及汇编语言，熟练使用python/tcl等脚本 熟悉ARM/RISC-V CPU体系结构 熟悉Linux/freertos等操作系统 熟悉芯片DFT机制及验证方法 熟悉芯片电源管理，功耗评估及测试方法，了解热仿真及芯片散热技术 熟悉Palladium/Zebu/Haps原型平台使用及开发 有芯片Bringup经验或者大规模量产经验的优先 熟练掌握测试仪器如示波器、温箱的优先 有车规芯片相关经验的优先
