Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Cutting Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating cutting machinery and a strong understanding of safety protocols. This is a full-time position in the construction industry, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cutting machinery, following safety guidelines and procedures
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and mark materials for cutting according to specifications
- Adjust machinery settings to achieve desired results
- Monitor production and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Cutting Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with various cutting machinery and tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if required
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
