Job specification

• Responsible for compliance with production of medical equipment according to technical documentation, i.e. dimensions + type of material, quality of processing. Continuously checks the correctness of the product and its quality. Fills out production protocols, is responsible for maintaining order in the workplace and compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Prepares and cuts textile materials according to technical documentation, cutting templates and production instructions
• Operates laying machine, manual and automated saws or other tools intended for cutting.
• Sets up machine according to instructions for material preparation and cutting.
• Performs preparatory work for further use of the material.
• Adjusts the dimensions of the material using cutting and trimming tools and templates.

Candidate Requirement

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, cutting plans and production specifications
• Experience in preparing and cutting textile materials, ideally in the field of medical device or textile manufacturing
• Basic technical skills
• Manual dexterity, meticulousness and attention to detail
• Ability to accurately measure and effectively lay out cuts with regard to material economy
