Job Description

The Cut table Ticket Utility is responsible for getting the corresponding roll ticket onto the assigned roll of carpet and assist Cut Table Operator

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Cut table Ticket Utility is responsible for getting the corresponding roll ticket onto the assigned roll of carpet and assist Cut Table Operator.
  • Accuracy is a must.
  • Rolling up sample and UPS rolls
  • Communication with the table operator and wrappers is of high importance.
  • 100% of the shift the employee is on their feet.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must use AS400
  • Climbing ladder to cut straps on cores in core hopper
  • Work safely with complete adherence to all facility safety procedures
  • Ability to work at a fast steady pace.
  • Working around moving equipment and using products requiring appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by leadership

Performance Expectations (if applicable):

  • Must be able to keep up with Cut Table Operator.
  • Must be team player
  • Must have positive attitude Must not be scared of heights
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to keep up with Cut Table Operator.
  • Must be able to crawl under machine and blow out during clean up

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
  • Must have good Attendance.

Other Requirements:

  • Overtime and/or cover shifts required on occasion.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • All accidents, must be reported immediately.
