• Location: Runcton
• Contract: Full Time, 42 Hours per Week
• Salary: £31,811.62 per annum
• Pay Date: Monthly, paid on the 25th
• Shift Pattern: Late Shift
4 On / 3 Off
Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Start Time: 15:45

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our Operations team at Runcton.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing
✅ Setting up and operating packing line machinery safely and efficiently
✅ Running flow wrapping and vertical filling lines independently
✅ Performing quality control checks and ensuring products meet customer specifications
✅ Monitoring machine performance and achieving productivity targets
✅ Ensuring products are packed, sealed, labelled and coded correctly
✅ Working closely with Line Leaders and Shift Managers to meet production plans
✅ Supporting waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, food safety and health & safety

✔ Previous food manufacturing experience
✔ Machine operating experience
✔ Food Safety qualification or knowledge

Working Environment
❄ Chilled production environment (PPE available)
• Hearing protection required in designated areas
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety and teamwork
