We are looking for an intern to join our Customs Operations team.
On a daily basis, you will support truck movements at the border, ensuring smooth and compliant customs processes while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and flow.

Start your internship on July 1st for a 7-month period in our international team, right in the heart of Katowice city. You can look forward to a modern, flexible, and inclusive work environment where you will collaborate with colleagues from all over the world and gain valuable hands-on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up customs-related processes for newly implemented transport lanes; broker instruction creation

• Managing and controlling customs declarations and tax assessments from a legal and compliance perspective (audit-proof)

• Reporting and analyzing data in terms of customs duties paid and customs brokers’ services

• Internal audit

• Connection with Finance, Procurement, and VAT teams

• Managing relations with customs brokers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills and cross-cultural awareness

• Organizational awareness and ability to plan own work

• Excel skills

• Fluent English & Polish (spoken and written)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of supply chain and finance processes

• Experience in customs, foreign trade, logistics, finance, planning, or procurement

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) – advantage
