Located at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, HAECO Landing Gear Services offers a full range of inspection, repair, modification, overhaul, exchange and leasing services. Our authorized capabilities include the repair and overhaul of landing gear for the Boeing 737, 747, 767, 777 and 787, the Airbus A320, the Embraer E190/E195 and the Comac C909.

Position Description

Responsible for import and export customs declaration of goods, bonded warehouse material control and other customs related compliance requirements. Manage the daily work of the customs team, supervise customs compliance affairs, and facilitate communication and collaboration between customs authorities and enterprise.

What You'll Do

1. Conduct inventory checks of bonded materials to prevent cross-contamination and mixed use, and cooperate with the customs in the inventory work of bonded business
2. Investigate the reasons for the differences in incoming and outgoing data and correct them in a timely manner
3. Provide training in customs system module operation, and independently offer guidance to Senior Customs Officer
4. Coordinate the overall business of the customs affair’s module, follow up on the progress of aviation materials customs declaration in combination with production demands and landing gear maintenance plans, and do a good job in the full-process follow-up of materials
5. Coordinate the optimization and improvement projects of customs affairs and track the implementation of the projects. Be responsible for the maintenance of AEO certification, the iterative update of customs special projects such as data modules
6. Regularly optimize the management of the customs affairs connection business system and follow up on the progress of related system projects
7. Be responsible for the overall management of customs team work, hold regular team meetings, and arrange and divide work tasks
8. Continuously optimize and standardize the operation manual of the customs team
9. Regular training and teaching for customs team staff, as well as the cultivation and development of their capabilities
10. Regularly review the customs compliance of the customs team, take stock of the problems and follow up on the rectification measures
11. Regularly hold communication and collaboration meetings with the customs department to promote problem-solving and collaboration

What You'll Need

1. College degree or above, logistics related major
2. Minimum 8 years of customs professional experience, preferably in aviation material inspection or warehousing/logistics operations
3. CET 4 is preferred
