Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Commercial Origin process (preparing Certificates of Origin for approval, monitoring origin related master data in SAP-ERP and SAP- GTS, data reporting)
• Supporting Proof of Export process (comunication, requesting for documentation, monitoring progress)
• Supporting the Corporate Customs Europe team with origin related analyses and projects
• Preparation/Participation in operational meetings
• Other ad hoc Customs administration tasks

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree, ideally in Master studies in Foreign Trade, Customs, International Business or related fields
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Knowledge and experience in usage of SAP/SAP-GTS, MS Access and MS Teams or willingness to become familiar with new tools
• Very good command of both Polish and English language (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of German is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Eager to gain first valuable experience and work in an international company
