Our GSC colleagues work across customer experience, finance, operations, process management, technology and data, helping deliver consistent, high-quality support to customers and teams across the world.
We are currently hiring a Hebrew-speaking Customs FINOPS Associateto join our growing Customs organisation in Warsaw.
This role sits within Customs but has a strong financial operations focus, giving you excellent exposure to how our customs organisation works end to end. You will support the Customs team by managing vendor invoices, distributing invoices to customers, following up on file profitability, supporting credit requests, and helping match unrecognised invoices to the correct files.
You do not need to be a customs expert when you join. Full training will be provided by our local team, making this a great opportunity for someone who is accurate, organised, comfortable working with systems, and interested in building practical knowledge in customs, finance and operations.
