As we continue our journey to become a fully integrated logistics provider, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customs Coordinator to join our team in Ashdod or Haifa This role sits at the heart of our operations—ensuring shipments move smoothly across borders while delivering a best-in-class experience to our customers.
As a Customs Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end coordination of shipments for a dedicated customer portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customs clearance processes across import, export, and transit shipments
Coordinating closely with customers, port authorities, and customs officials to ensure compliance and timely delivery
Ensuring accurate preparation and submission of customs documentation
Monitoring shipments and proactively resolving delays or issues
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, building strong and trusted relationships
Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance
Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to local and international regulations
You will be part of a dedicated team supporting a key client, working collaboratively in a fast-paced and highly operational environment.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft tools and operational systems
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in Hebrew and English
Full-time, onsite role (5 days per week)
Working days: Sunday – Thursday
Flexibility required – occasional support may be needed on Fridays in urgent situations
Some overtime may be required
Reporting into a team of ~25 employees, including 2 Team Leaders and 1 Manager
You will join a sub-team of 4 supporting a key strategic customer
Each team member manages their own customer portfolio
Exposure to end-to-end logistics, from port coordination to customs clearance
Structured onboarding with 1 month of foundational training
Full ramp-up expected within ~12 months
