Help keep international shipments moving by coordinating customs processes, supporting operational teams, and providing outstanding service to our customers.

*Please note: This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave.

How you create impact

• Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as the main point of contact for customs-related operations.
• Coordinate with customers, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance.
• Monitor shipment status, provide operational updates, and proactively resolve issues throughout the customs process.
• Prepare and manage customs documentation while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, International Relations, or Customs.
• Knowledge of customs clearance processes, import/export documentation, and international trade regulations.
• Knowledge of calculation of duties and taxes, and administrative processes related to billing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
