CUSTOMS CLERANACE CLERKS (Grade 3 | Trinidad Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking a Customs Clearance Executive to join our team with GAC Caribbean. As a Customs Clearance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient clearance of ships spares / transshipment / project cargo through customs, in compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customs documentation for import and export, transshipment shipments

• Coordinate with customs officials and other relevant parties to ensure timely clearance of goods

• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and requirements

• Maintain accurate records of customs transactions

• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to customs clearance

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a good understanding of customs regulations. Previous experience in customs clearance or a related field is preferred.

Requirements

• Trinidad Nationality

• Grade 3 level license is must !!

• Good understanding on air fright & sea freight, ship spares & delivery procedures.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping / freight forwarding. experience with transshipment cargo / projects is a plus point.

• Based in San Fernando office / or Chaguaramas when needed to attend outside work.
