We are seeking a Customs Associate to join our dynamic team in Kalochori.

As a Customs Associate you will contribute to the efficient movement of goods across borders while supporting the company's operational excellence and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and execute of customs clearance procedures.
  • Review and verification of commercial documentation.
  • Calculation of customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges.
  • Preparation and issuance of all required customs and shipping documentation in compliance with applicable legislation.
  • Communication and coordination with customs authorities, clients, carriers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with national and European customs regulations and legislation.
  • Management of special customs regimes and procedures, where applicable.
  • Maintenance of records and accurate update of the company's information systems.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an asset.
  • Customs Broker certification and/or professional Customs Broker license.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Freight Operations, Logistics or Customs Brokerage office will be considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of customs procedures, customs regulations, and tariff legislation.
