Role Summary

The Customization Project Coordinator will lead and manage the process of creating, developing, and implementing new promotional packs and re-work processes, ensuring strict adherence to delivery timelines across the co-packer network.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end timelines for co-packing launches and reworks, while assessing production capacity and capabilities.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to align Marketing, Supply Chain, and 3rd-party partners on project launch and rework schedules.
• Maintain Co-Packing commercial grids and report financial KPIs semiannually.
• Conduct quarterly C&U reviews with co-packers to integrate new projects and regular production volumes.
• Identify and mitigate operational constraints and risks through quarterly C&U reviews.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Co-Packers to optimize source selection for cost, quality, and service.
• Implement AI-driven continuous improvement projects to streamline project management and enhance visibility into Co-Packer capabilities.
• Manage rework and overtime payment processes through requester-initiated and purchase orders approval.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of experience in Planning, Procurement or Project Management or similar positions
• Advanced English Level (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Google Suite and AI tools
• Project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in SAP, BEAT, Smat Sheets, Apollo, AODocs
