What you’ll do

  • Lead the design and delivery of customer-led strategies across marketing, sales, service, and commerce, to revolutionise how our clients connect with their customers.
  • Oversee and engage in comprehensive consulting projects, from detecting growth opportunities to deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance the customer journey.
  • Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders to craft go-to-market models, refine commercial performance, and achieve concrete business results.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with strategists, technologists, and experience specialists to realise cutting-edge, data-driven solutions.
  • Convert insights and analytics into practical recommendations for enhancing customer journeys and unlocking sustainable value.

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in customer, commercial, or front-office transformation—including strategy, design, execution, or enablement.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the capacity to influence and distil complex concepts into clear insights.
  • Proficiency in utilising data, technology, or digital tools to address customer and commercial challenges, even without deep technical expertise.
  • Flexibility and solid problem-solving skills to adeptly handle client uncertainties and dynamic project environments.
  • A collaborative approach with a strong drive for creating superior customer experiences through creativity, insight, and innovation.
