Primary Functions

  • Manages and supports IAM/OE Technical Support Calls and ensure resolution of the issue in a timely manner
  • Ability to research, diagnos and troubleshoots and resolves the issues to the clients’ satisfaction
  • Maintains detailed records of daily interactions with customers, installation activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or stakeholder

Daily Operations

  • Handles IAM, OE, ESItronic Calls & Emails
  • ESItronic License Deployment
  • ESItronic Remote Troubleshooting
  • CDB Compliance (Real Time Documentation of Interactions)
  • C4C Documentation (OE)
  • XMS update, deployment
  • OE Remote Troubleshooting
  • Bosch Warranty System Processing
  • Bosch Motorsports Inbound Support
  • Bosch Warranty System Quality Monitoring
  • Bosch Warranty System Client Reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive and/or Information Technology
  • 1 to 2 year technical support experience in automotive/ BPO industry
  • Has basic to advanced understanding of OBD2
  • Preferably with SAP experience
  • Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office and generate reports, if needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player, able to sit well with the team and customers
  • Keen attention to details
  • Goal and result oriented
  • Amenable to work onsite & hybrid set-up
  • Can start asap
