Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM) is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end (E2E) technical delivery of complex projects, ensuring the full solution is successfully integrated, validated, and accepted according to the contracted scope.
This role involves coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and managing all project phases — from pre-sales and technical design through integration, validation, and final customer acceptance
Lead and direct the project’s technical functions, including Analysis & Design, Integration, and Verification & Validation
Ensure end-to-end technical delivery in alignment with contractual requirements and project KPIs.
Participate in the pre-sales phase, defining the technical delivery strategy from requirements gathering through final acceptance.
Define project organization, technical gates, deliverables, tools, and governance model.
Lead technical execution during implementation and coordinate activities across multiple streams.
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate resolution of critical technical issues, engaging engineering teams as needed.
Verify Quality of Service (QoS) and solution stability, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
Advise the customer on network evolution and identify up-scope opportunities within the project.
7+ years of experience managing complex, cross-domain, end-to-end technical projects
Strong expertise in Telecom Core Networks, Cloud, and Data Center technologies.
Solid understanding of pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and risk management.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across multiple workstreams.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and technical leadership
Experience in system engineering, integration, and configuration/change management
Capable of working independently, delivering results with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
Experience and knowledge of Nokia products and solutions
Prior involvement in pre-sales engagements
Experience with public and/or hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD automation and DevOps practices
