About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Technical Manager to serve as the primary ASEAN focal point for technical interface and innovation strategy with key OEM customers. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional XC stakeholders to drive business growth and develop new opportunities—especially with non‑JOEM customers in the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical contact for OEM customers in Thailand and ASEAN.
  • Define customer technical strategy and analyze new model roadmaps to ensure the right product fit for XC solutions.
  • Create and develop new business opportunities, especially with non‑ JOEM customers.
  • Support acquisition and GTM teams to win new projects, including technical presentations in BAR meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, Product Planning, and Procurement teams at OEMs across ASEAN.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other strong technical background.
  • Strong technical understanding of product portfolios and customer needs.
  • Successful track record in new business development or project acquisition
  • Excellent communication in English; Japanese is a significant plus.
  • Experience in automotive or technology industries, ideally in customer‑facing technical roles.
