Central Texas Farm Credit is seeking a service-driven Customer Service Representative to help deliver an outstanding experience for our customer-owners and support the financial needs of agriculture and rural communities. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, loan officers, and internal teams to manage loan processes, coordinate transactions, and provide timely, accurate assistance. Your attention to detail, commitment to customer service, and ability to build trusted relationships will play an important role in supporting business development efforts and advancing the Association’s mission of providing reliable credit and financial support to rural Texas.

Central Texas Farm Credit is a full-service agricultural lender covering 20 counties in Central Texas with branch offices located in Brady, Brownwood/Early, Coleman, Comanche, Haskell, San Angelo, and San Saba. Job Purpose and Scope:
The primary scope of this position is to support business development efforts by providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service either by in-person contact or telephone support. Performs intermediate to advanced-level general office support that may be somewhat complex in nature, works under moderate supervision. Assists loan officers with data input and coordination of loan closings with relevant parties.
Essential Functions:
• Manages loan workflow process from application to loan closing.
• Performs various loan administrative and servicing duties, as requested.
• Maintains customer information in Association’s customer relationship management system.
• Assists lending and credit staff with customer loan applications as necessary.
• Approves and forwards bills to the Accounts Payable Department.
• Initiates funding, disbursements, and wire transfer requests for existing loans from Cash Operations team.
• Submits forms and assists customers to enroll in PAID system and AgBanking online.
• Operates a variety of standard office equipment according to detailed instructions, which may include computers, paper shredders, telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners.
of Desired/Required Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent and four (4) or more years of general office/clerical experience and/or customer service experience.
• General knowledge of accounting/financial systems.
• General knowledge of office equipment and systems used for the storage and retrieval of business information.
• General knowledge of standard records management and file classification practices.
• General knowledge of title insurance, crop insurance and credit life insurance documentation.
• General knowledge of documentation requirements for title policies, deeds of trust, and collateral.
• Specialized knowledge of written correspondence principles.
• Skill in oral and written communication.
• Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be dependable. Regular attendance is required.
