Job Description

The Polish-speaking Customer Agent will join an international support team assisting users of a financial services platform focused on trading, savings, and investments. The role combines customer interaction, problem-solving, and back-office activities across phone and email channels.

Role description:

• Provide customer support via phone and email for inbound requests and occasional outbound follow-ups
• Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, savings and investment products, and platform usage
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions
• Investigate requests and collaborate with internal teams when additional support is needed
• Perform back-office activities and accurately update customer and case information in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases when required and maintain clear documentation of interactions and resolutions
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards while ensuring a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• Polish – C1/C2 level
• English – minimum B2 level
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support
• Experience with phone and email support is preferred
• High school / Baccalaureate diploma is mandatory
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team
• Comfortable working with internal systems and back-office activities
