📞 Assist users with inquiries and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media
💬 Adapt brand voice and tone to ensure professional, empathetic communication
⚡ Handle escalations and document all relevant case details accurately
🤝 Provide excellent customer care that enhances brand reputation
✅ What We’re Looking For:
🇳🇱 Native/Fluent Dutch (C2) and strong English skills (B2)
📄 Right to live and work in Portugal or the EU
