We are seeking exceptional Technical Support professionals who are passionate about software, technology, and helping people. Our support team plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences—often becoming the heroes of the day by resolving challenges and guiding clients to stability and confidence.

We are looking for individuals who not only excel in technical expertise but also bring a positive, collaborative spirit to our culture. The ideal candidate is someone who can contribute fresh perspectives, share knowledge, and continuously elevate both our team and the service we provide.

Things we're looking for in terms of more specific skill-sets and experience:

  • At least a high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Experience working in a dental practice is highly preferred, but if you have experience using/supporting an accounting/billing application, that's just as golden
  • Excellent verbal soft skills, and ability to assist all customers with their requests
  • Strong working knowledge of hardware, networks, and other generally techy stuff

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle customer inbound tickets, calls and emails as needed using excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Contribute to our knowledgebase
  • Provide assistance across all departments
  • Complete other customer service related projects as assigned
  • Inject a good measure of fun into the team every day
  • Other duties as assigned
