Working as a Customer Support Team Member at our Otara Pool and Leisure Centre, right from the first smile, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers. You will find that no day is the same!
Day-to-day, you could expect to work on the following:
We currently have a perment 16 part time-time position, working Saturday & Sunday from 10.30am - 7pm.
Please note that our shifts are subject to change according to the roster and the needs of the centre; our centre operates 7 days a week from 5am to 9pm, reliability and commitment to working early, late, and weekend shifts are crucial.

We’re looking for someone with strong administration and communication skills who can confidently use their initiative to solve problems and deliver great customer outcomes.
Your friendly, outgoing nature and genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service will set you up for success in this role.
You will bring:
Flexibility to pick up additional shifts during the week, including covering planned and unplanned leave, is highly valued.
