π― Your Responsibilities
π§ Provide top-quality customer support for a leading streaming platform
π Handle inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical issues
πΌ Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
π Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders
π¬ Offer additional services and value to existing customers
πΈ Engage in upselling opportunities with interested clients after resolving their main issue
π©π° Fluent in Danish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
π¬ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
π₯ Service-minded, empathetic, and customer-focused
π₯οΈ Basic understanding of administrative and technical processes
π Flexible to work 5 days/week in rotating shifts
(MonβFri: 8:00β20:00 | Weekends: 10:00β20:00)
