π Support Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
π οΈ Assist with product questions, troubleshooting, and order inquiries

Resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
π Collaborate with internal departments for seamless customer care
π Maintain accurate records of communication and resolutions
π¨πΏ Fluency in Czech (C1) and strong English skills (B2)
π¬ Excellent communication and a solution-oriented mindset
π» Familiarity with MS Office and email systems
π± Customer support experience is a plus but not required
