Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Guide customers in selecting the right product based on their needs and budget.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about product features and specifications.
  • Keep customers informed on the progress of their orders and deliveries.
  • Assist with after-sales support, including warranty requests and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Suggest improvements to processes and contribute to team best practices.
  • Support the creation and updating of training and knowledge resources.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Interest in sustainability, technology, or mobility is a plus.
