As an AWC Customer Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with internal partners to provide a best-in-class support for customers across the division You will onboard new customers and manage day-to-day customer activities such as customer orders, and post-sale transactions to ensure customer satisfaction

After the initial training period has concluded, this role offers a hybrid work schedule consisting of 3 days per week in office and 2 days per week from home. We are open to candidates working out of our office in Collegeville, PA.
