Job Description

Remote Recruitment is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support a UK-based employer, working fully remotely from South Africa. You will be the go-to person for customers who need help, answering questions across email, chat and phone, and making sure every person walks away feeling looked after.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer questions across email, live chat and phone
• Resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed
• Log conversations and outcomes accurately in the system
• Spot recurring problems and share them with the team
• Work with other departments to sort more complex cases
• Keep help articles and saved replies up to date

What you'll need

• Experience with customer service or support
• Familiarity with help desk or ticketing tools
• Calm, friendly problem-solving manner
• Clear written and spoken English
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace

• Salary of R15,000–R18,000 per month, paid in ZAR
• A fully remote role — work from anywhere in South Africa
