
Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our Logistics account based in Banawa, Cebu. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions related to logistics services
Provide accurate information regarding shipments, delivery status, and service inquiries
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Document interactions and update records in the system
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Must have atleast 6 months BPO experience.
Strong communication skills in English
Willing to work onsite in Banawa, Cebu
Must be available to start within May 2026
Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
