Customer Support Representative (Hiring People with Disabilities)

Location: Remote / Hybrid Egypt

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

About the Role

Through our Inclusion and Diversity CSR Program, we are hiring Customer Support Representatives from the community of people with disabilities who are passionate about helping others and building meaningful careers.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

* Provide accurate and empathetic responses.

* Record and escalate feedback to improve customer experience.

* Collaborate with team members to meet service goals.

Qualifications:

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Basic computer and typing skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
